How should I contact you for custom work?

You can give me a call at 315.868.7618, we can chat about what you want and go over some details about your expectations. I keep all these notes on file and send you a copy via email before I get started, depending on the complexity of the design, you will be given a basic sketch before we start. You will also be shown the stones, and design after each step is completed. Communication throughout is important to me, so that you always get exactly what you want!

Is there a deposit for custom work?

Yes, once we agree on all the details, you will be asked to make a deposit of 40% of the cost. The balance will be due upon completion?

What is the time frame for custom work?

The time frame will vary based on the complexity of the design and the time of year. You will be given a completion date after we discuss the details.
