Where is my jewelry made?

All of the jewelry we create is made by hand in small batches in a cozy studio in Upstate NY. Each piece is designed and fabricated in house with sustainable components. Eco- Friendly, woman owned & operated in the USA.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

All metals can tarnish, any company who tells you that they have jewelry that won't EVER tarnish is fibbing. For the most part, gold, gold fill & sterling silver stay very shiny on your skin, they love the oils on your skin and actually helps to protect it. When you are not wearing, it should be stored properly. Brass and gold plated jewelry can tarnish due to environmental factors and beauty products, but can be restored with proper cleaning.

Will I receive a polishing cloth?

YES, every single order contains a polishing cloth. We offer one for silver & gold fill, and one for brass. If you need another, we have a jewelry care kit on our site.

What if my item doesn't fit?

The best way to avoid this is to be sure to get the proper size before you order, this is especially important for made to order pieces. We offer a sizing band or help with sizing if needed. Email info@creativerootsshop.com for help.

If you do have an issue, the item can be returned at the buyers expense in the original condition for an exchange in size. 

Can I customize my order?

Absolutely, I will always do my best to fulfill every custom request. However, this may change the processing time.
