SHIPPING POLICY:

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER:

Please allow 2-4 days for creation & processing. Every item is made by human hands and human hearts. I know my customers value the quality and care they receive. Quality, Consistency, and Sustainability are very important to me.

***If you require expedited processing, please reach out, in most cases I will do my best to fulfill your request.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

We ship from New York to all domestic locations. Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY within 20 miles of 13350

$5.00 flat rate shipping on orders of $40 or more.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER:

Once your order is placed and processed you will receive an email with tracking information. Once the order has left the studio, you must track the order via USPS. If you have not received an email within 4 days of your order, please email info@creativerootsshop.com. I will be happy to assist you.

REFUNDS:

If you are unhappy with your item you have 30 days to return for a full refund (with the exception of custom work) minus the shipping cost. Item must be returned in its original condition. Buyer is responsible for shipping fee to return. Returns should be addressed to

If your items is damaged or breaks within 30 days of order, I will replace at no cost. If damage occurs after 30 days, I will replace or fix your item for a small fee.
